Final Sale Policy

All orders placed through Carolina Irving Textiles are custom orders and are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges. This policy applies to all fabrics, wallcoverings, and pillows, as these items are either handcrafted to order or cut to your specific requirements.

 

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrived damaged or defective, you must notify sergio@carolinairvingtextiles.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• The item must be returned to us in its original, unused condition.

• Fabric and wallcoverings must not be cut.

A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
